Description: Mizdirection (KY) GR/RO, F, foaled April 19, 2008 (Mizzen Mast - Deceptive, by Clever Trick) moved Jim Rome's Jungle Racing into the big leagues with her victory in the 6 1/2 furlong $1 million Breeder's Cup Turf Sprint on Santa Anita's downhill turf course November 3 2012. She beat her male counter parts in her brilliant come from behind victory under Hall of Fame jockey Mike Smith. She came running late to just get up in time, winning by 1/2 length over runner up Unbridled's Note. It was another 1 1/4 lengths back to Reneesgotzip in third. Mizdirection has now won 7 of 12 races and has earned $914,621. She was bred by Joseph J. Perrotta and she is owned by Jim Rome's Jungle Racing LLC and partners Strauss, W., Grohs, J., Beljak, B., KMN Racing LLC et al. She is trained by Mike Puype.
