His mission & vision with Jockey World is to offer the best comprehensive website & learning tools world-wide that will offer safe reliable information and resources to anyone who wishes to pursue a career in horse racing. This includes fans that have a love for the sport and desire to learn more.

Jockey World with Frank Lovato & managing partner, Master Educator Fred Clemons is an organization that is supported by the industry's leaders of jockeys, exercise riders, trainers, owners and more, all willing to share their knowledge and experience on to help others. Jockey World is also a place to make lasting friendships with those who share the same passions. A place were your passion in horse racing can be shared, recognized and embraced.
