Description: Lost Bus (CA) B , F, foaled May 6, 2012 (Bring the Heat - Frysland, by Stravinsky) gets her first Graded stakes victory with a determined effort in the 7 furlong $200K Grade II Santa Monica Stakes at Santa Anita Park January 23, 2016. Jockey Fernando Perez sent Lost Bus out of the chute and onto the main track in front with Finest City pressing the pace every step of the way. That pair continued around the far turn and were joined by Living The Life, however, that one couldn't keep up. Lost Bus and Finest City threw it down the length of the stretch with Lost Bus getting the win by a head. Tara's Tango came running late, beaten a neck for the place.
