One Lucky Dane and Cross The Line tried to keep up but offered no real pressure on the the front runner. Dortmund started to draw away rounding the far turn and wins by 4 1/4 lengths over One Lucky Dane. It was another 2 1/4 lengths back to Bolo in 3rd. Dortmund is now 6 for 6 and he has earned $1,289,400 for his owner Kaleem Shah. Dortmund earned 100 Kentucky Derby points for his victory and sits in the 2nd spot on the Leaderboard with 170 total points.
