Description: Constitution (KY) B , C, foaled February 11, 2011 (Tapit - Baffled, by Distorted Humor) becomes a millionaire with his score in the 1 1/8 miles $500K Grade I Donn Handicap at Gulfstream Park February 7, 2015. Jockey Javier Castellano sent Constitution to the front and was pressured most of the trip by Commissioner. Commissioner gave way turning for home and Lea was coming after Constitution in a dash to the finish. It was Constitution posting the victory by 3/4 lengths. Elnaawi was 4 1/4 further back for the show. Constitution was sidelined after his Florida Derby win last year when a hairline fracture in his front right cannon bone was discovered April 14. He came back in October to run 4th in an AOC (no tag) at Belmont. He then ran 3rd to Hoppertunity in the G1 Clark Hcp at Churchill Downs. He is 4-0-1 from 6 starts and he has earned $1,004,096.
