Description: Condo Commando (KY) DK B/, F, foaled March 3, 2012 (Tiz Wonderful - Yearly Report, by General Meeting) had an awkward start out of the gate but got running along the rail to take command approaching the 1/4 pole and simply drew off to win as much the best in the rain soaked 7 furlong $350K Grade I Spinaway Stakes at Saratoga Race Course August 31, 2014. Jockey Joe Bravo and Condo Commando got to enjoy Tom Durkin's last call of his storied career and he announced she '...splish splashing down the stretch here at the Spa...'. She continued to widen her margin of victory to 13 1/4 lengths to the very last call '...coming down to the finish Condo Commando was splashtastic...'. By The Moon finished in 2nd, 6 lengths in front of Angela Renee in 3rd. Condo Commando came out of her first race a winner, a $75K MCL and jumped right up to the Grade I Spinaway. She is 2 for 2 and she has earned $243,600 for her owners Michael Dubb, Bethlehem Stables, and The Elkstone Group. Condo Commando was bred by Spendthrift Farm and she is being trained by Rudy R. Archival Prints: Daily Racing Funnies by Mel archival prints are printed on Premium Archival Matte Paper 210 gsm. The Funnies have vivid color and look great framed (frame not included).
